Tea Parties for Any Occasion

Our private tea service party package includes a 2 hour venue rental, delicate finger sandwiches, a variety of crackers & dips, fresh fruit, delightful desserts, a wide selection of specialty flavored hot teas, iced tea, lemonade, interactive activity, vintage tea cups for use during the tea party, tables set with tablecloths and multiple unique tea pots on each table.  A photo op background will be displayed for memorable photos from your special event.

*Please note: Dairy free and gluten free options are not available. Outside desserts and specialty foods are permitted and limited access is available to a refrigerator/freezer.

Each private tea party event is allotted two hours. Hosts will receive access to the venue 30 minutes before the tea party begins to set up any gifts or decorations. The tea party itself spans 1.5 hours. Additional hours can be added for our hourly rate of $100 per hour. Events longer than 2 hours must be arranged prior to the event. Additional time cannot be added at the time of the event.

Guests will choose a special tea cup to use for the party from our selection of vintage tea cups and choose a seat. Each guest has access to the "buffet" style food offerings and will be able to participate in an interactive activity for an item they  can take home with them. (Some examples but not limited to: handmade wooden book markers, charm bracelets, keychains, photo cards, handmade cards, etc.)

Tea party packages are $625. This includes tea service, food and party set up for 15 guests.

Additional tea party guests can be added for $25 per additional place setting with a maximum of 30 place settings.

Venue will be completely set up and ready for the tea party at time the actual party begins, in order to insure freshness, food is set up 15 before the party begins.

All private tea party events require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure the reservation. The reservation balance is due 72 hours before the event.
